I love to create. Often I just create a big mess. Occasionally I create something useful. On rare occasions I get really really excited. I love old buildings, especially old ruins and when I remember to take my camera out with me, I share photos.

Bird on a wire postcard
6"x4"
It may only be a postcard, but it is a FINISHED postcard.
Thank you. The postcard was easy to make, I lay dyed scrim over commercial felt and them mushed strips of 'Da Masi' (Lanartus)yarn on top using the embellisher. The bird is three layers of tulle, stiched from the reverse and them trimmed. The best bit was trundling along with the darning foot on stitching the barbed wire.
Well done Wendy! :-)
ReplyDeleteits lovely, how did you do it again?
